In this class we will focus on the foundation of the Ayesha and the handsprings. Different entries and exits. You must have a butterfly and extended butterfly to attend. This class is for intermediate to advance students. You might be asked to share your pole.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - 24 hours notice is required to cancel a class. Please note that an $10 late cancellation fee will apply to any classes cancelled less than 24 hours prior or a $15 no show fee will apply to any missed classes without notification.
