Service Description

Welcome to the world of pole dance and fitness! In this class we learn the foundations of momentum, basic spins, and pole sits, along with some fun extras! Each class includes a brief warm up, instruction time, followed by a cool down. Students will gain upper body strength, elegance, and confidence all while having fun in a supportive and empowering environment. Once you are familiar with the techniques taught in Beginner 1, you are ready to move on to Beginner 2 classes! Please wear shorts to this class.
