Service Description
Welcome to the world of pole dance and fitness! In this class we learn the foundations of momentum, basic spins, and pole sits, along with some fun extras! Each class includes a brief warm up, instruction time, followed by a cool down. Students will gain upper body strength, elegance, and confidence all while having fun in a supportive and empowering environment. This class is perfect for your first pole class. The instructor will give options for low and high beginner levels. Please wear shorts to this class.
