Age Requirements:

Due to the sensual nature of some of our classes (eg. heels flow or sexy basics) you must be 18 years of age to participate.

 

Jewelry:

Any jewelry that may come into contact with the pole must be removed or covered prior to the start of class for your safety as well as to protect the equipment.

 

Pictures and Videotaping:

While we highly encourage you to document your progress, photos and videos are only allowed during class if you have the instructor's permission. In order to protect the privacy of others, please ensure you’re the only one in your photo/video or be sure to edit out the faces of others, if expressed consent has not been given. Please do not film yourself for the entire class. We ask that you only film a maximum of 10 minutes per class.

 

Payment Policy:

Payment for memberships and drop-in classes are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 

 

Private Parties:

72 hours notice is required for a full refund, or to reschedule your party. Any parties cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will be eligible for a 50% refund. Please note, if you arrive late for your scheduled time slot, your party will still end at the scheduled time.

 

Class Cancellations:

While we do our best to stick to the schedule, classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or instructor illness. We will notify students as soon as possible if a class is, or may be, cancelled. If the studio needs to cancel a class, the class pass will be refunded to the client in the same form of payment as it was acquired.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Any member or guest who do not attend their class, or cancels their class with less than 24 hours notice, will be subject to the following penalties:

• Guests: Payment is non-refundable, but we are more than happy to reschedule you to another date. If you miss the 24 hour notice window, we assume you are attending class and the class cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.

​

• Punch Card Members: If a punch card member does not give more than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a class, a class will be automatically deducted from the member's punch card.

​

• Monthly Members: If a monthly member does not attend one of their booked classes, a class will automatically be deducted from your monthly pole allowance.  Members who continue to miss classes without 24 hours notice will lose their reservation privileges after 3 incidences.

 

• Private Lessons: Once the full balance of the private lesson has been paid, it is considered a confirmed booking. If situations arise and you can no longer attend your private lesson, you must give the studio 24 hours notice to reschedule your session.
