Service Description

Welcome to the world of pole dance and fitness! In this class we learn the foundations of momentum, basic pole spins and sits, along with some fun extras! Each class includes a brief warm up, instruction time, followed by a cool down. Students will gain upper body strength, elegance, and confidence all while having fun in a supportive and empowering environment. This class is perfect for your first pole class. The instructor will give options for low and high beginner levels. Please wear shorts to this class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - 24 hours notice is required to cancel a class. Please note that a $10 late cancellation fee will apply to any classes cancelled less than 24 hours, or a $15 no show fee will apply to any missed classes without notification. Membership policy - all membership sessions should be booked within your membership billing cycle. Classes should not be booked past your billing period and will be lost if unused for any reason in that cycle. Fly Fitness has the right to cancel any classes that do not adhere to this membership policy.
