Deep Stretch (Yoga)
Service Description
Slow down, soften, and sink deep into stillness with Deep Stretch — a calming, passive yoga class inspired by the principles of Yin yoga. In this practice, you'll hold floor-based stretches for longer periods (typically 2–5 minutes) to gently target the deeper layers of fascia, connective tissue, and joints. This class emphasizes relaxation over effort, using gravity and breath to help release tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind. Perfect for starting your day, balancing a more active practice, or simply giving yourself time to pause. No prior experience needed. All bodies welcome. Yoga mats are provided at the studio. Bring blocks if you need a slight modification in some poses.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - 24 hours notice is required to cancel a class. Please note that a $10 late cancellation fee will apply to any classes cancelled less than 24 hours, or a $15 no show fee will apply to any missed classes without notification. Membership policy - all membership sessions should be booked within your membership billing cycle. Classes should not be booked past your billing period and will be lost if unused for any reason in that cycle. Fly Fitness has the right to cancel any classes that do not adhere to this membership policy.
