Service Description
This 90 minute class focuses on learning how to spice up your exotic floorwork off the pole. Floorwork includes a warm up, core exercises, 1 technique taught in depth, and 50 minutes of floorwork choreography. Heels are welcome but not mandatory, socks recommended if not dancing in heels. Don't forget your knee pads! Floorwork is beginner friendly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - 12 hours notice is required to cancel a class. Please note that an $10 late cancellation fee will apply to any classes cancelled less than 12 hours prior or a $15 no show fee will apply to any missed classes without notification.
