Designed for all levels, our expert instructors will guide you through a series of progressive exercises and drills to improve your strength, balance, and body awareness. Learn proper hand and arm positioning, engage your core muscles, and conquer the fear of being upside down. Beginners - handstands are a great way for you to strengthen your shoulders and core muscles, especially while you're still learning to invert! Please wear shorts to this class.
