Service Description

Unlock your flexibility and build strength with Hips & Splits, a targeted off the pole yoga stretch class designed to open your hips and deepen your splits. This class focuses on both neutral splits (front splits) and externally rotated hip positions (like straddle and frog), creating a well-rounded approach to lower-body mobility. You'll move through a series of deep stretches, mobility drills, and breathwork designed to release tension, improve alignment, and support safe and sustainable flexibility gains. Whether you're working toward full splits or just want to increase your range of motion, this class will meet you where you are. All levels welcome. Modifications will be offered to support your body and goals. Yoga mats are provided at the studio, bring blocks if you would like a slight modification for some poses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy - 24 hours notice is required to cancel a class. Please note that a $10 late cancellation fee will apply to any classes cancelled less than 24 hours, or a $15 no show fee will apply to any missed classes without notification. Membership policy - all membership sessions should be booked within your membership billing cycle. Classes should not be booked past your billing period and will be lost if unused for any reason in that cycle. Fly Fitness has the right to cancel any classes that do not adhere to this membership policy.
