Exclusively upright, you will explore a variety of elegant spins, transitions, and tricks that flow together to create a smooth, continuous routine. Whether you're looking to refine your pole dance flow or develop your spin pole skills, this class offers the perfect blend of elegance and strength. We recommend students' progress to Upright Spin Combo classes once they are comfortable with Beginner Fundamental techniques and currently participating in Experienced Beginner Lab classes. Please wear shorts to this class.
